All lessons are tailor-made to suit your taste or preferences, focusing on what you would like to learn and highlighting time saving short-cuts & professional tips & techniques along the way.

 

Lessons are carried out in the comfort of your own kitchen and are very hands on. This allows you to work at your own pace, using your own equipment, making it more likely you absorb and retain what you have learned and be confident to recreate it on your own.

 

All dietary requirements can be accommodated including, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and low or no salt diets.

SET LESSON - vegetarians & vegans can be accommodated and recipes changed to suit your taste*.

Catalan tomato bread

Albondigas: beef, garlic & parsley meatballs in a rich tomato sauce

Champiñones al ajillo: mushrooms, garlic, parsley, dry sherry & paprika

To keep la vida as simple as possible we offer TWO types of CLASS:

1. set lesson covering a variety of well know tapas dishes (can be modified* to suit dietary requirements)

2. bespoke lessons which can include any combination of dishes, tapas or otherwise, you wish to master

3 hours @ £28 per hour

4 hours @ £27 per hour
